j4ldating & J4Lfriendship is a growing worldwide community website specifically for ladies, which allows for personal interaction within the site.  As a  user/member and/or subscriber to our services you agree to the following terms & conditions:

Registration, Membership & Subscribers

1. The avatar / photo that you select for your main picture should be of YOU! If it clearly is not, or if you use a group photo to apply thereby not identifying yourself then your application will probably be turned down.

2. ---

   Duplicate membership is absolutely not allowed: Only One Membership per person!  Please do not share your login details or allow someone else access under your name.

3. ---

   Be kind and considerate to users and members.   Please adopt the rule of, “treat others how you would expect to be treated”.

4. ---

   No rude or offensive favourites or profile texts please (please use common sense about which words are considered taboo or offensive). Our users are of mixed audience/opinions and a range of ALL ages!

   Please refrain from captions that are rude to anyone, unless of course they are close friends that you know will not be personally offended!

6. ---

   If you have a personal vendetta or problem with a person or a business then please ensure you do not use the site to do this but take it up with them directly.

7. ---

   Do not attempt to gain access to the subscribed/members areas by using someone else's details or by attempting to use someone else's details. We store all IP addresses and other information for the purpose of tracking & any hacking attempts.  Notification to the appropriate service provider will be given if we believe that someone is misusing or trying to hack the site.

   It is imperative that members do not use the site to promote or encourage any kind of illegal activity.  Any such occurrences will be dealt with in the strictest of manners. This will include (but not limited to) banning of an individual or group.  In addition where necessary the relevant authorities will be informed.

   We will make every effort to ensure that any rude, offensive, abusive, threatening, racial, slanderous or defamatory content is removed.  Consequently the JUST4LESBIANS member in question will be informed, suspended or banned permanently.  We take no responsibility whatsoever for user-contributed material. We encourage all users of the site to inform us if they believe someone has posted content that breaks our usage policy.

    We reserves the right to remove any profile including all the links to photos, captions, messages etc that have been created. We will only consider doing this if we believe that you have abused your membership in any way.  We hope that you will not adopt any unscrupulous behaviour, however where this is shown to be happening we will take measures to stop any such occurrences recurring.
